Apr. 27, 2013, Mr. Chen Jiang Fan, a student from the Port and Shipping Management Department, won the Special Award while participating in the 4th National English Writing Contest, held in Guangdong Foreign Languages and Art College, for the national vocational colleges students. Mr. Yang Ya Fan, a student from the Navigation Department and Miss Liu jin Di, a student from the Foreign Language Department won the third prize.
